I can somehow relate to this post. There are some things we do coz we love to do and some times do it coz we have to even if we are tired or so. But that's normal, coz we are humans and our strengths are limited. That is why we need a time for ourselves to unwind and relax. And sometimes too, we need to change a lil bit of our daily routine or change something for the better results of what we do.

Yes you are right and thanks for pointing out. But these are just normal even with our life's journey. We often encounter difficulties and obstacles but its up o us if we let this obstacles surpass us and stop us. These obstacles won't really matter if we are goal oriented that is why we need to be a goal-oriented person if we want to become successful. There's no victory without a battle and there's no glory without sacrfice.

As you said, it is a paradox – We need these "gurus" to tap from their wealth of experience but we should be ourselves and not get unduly obsessed by them.

I think as a rule, don't trust anyone who calls themselves an expert. I think it's a title which has to be awarded on someone, not by someone on themselves.

In most walks of life "Dr" or "Professor" gives far more confidence in someone's ability, as they are qualifications which have to be earned.

I'd also add that if someone feels "pressured to become an expert", then they are probably in the wrong job – learning should always be a pleasure.
