We Are What We Do

I found a great website today: WeAreWhatWeDo.org.

Who are they?

We’re not another charity. We’re not an institution. We Are What We Do is a movement. Our aim is inspire people to use their everyday actions to change the world. Whoever they are. And wherever they are. And that includes you.

It’s a simple but powerful equation: small actions x lots of people = BIG CHANGE

Here are but a few examples from the site:

  • Action 1: Decline plastic bags wherever possible.
  • Action 5: Smile and smile back.
  • Action 16: Give your change to charity.
  • Action 23: Have more meals together.

…and the list goes on and on.

The site has an Action Tracker that you can use to keep track of the actions you take and contribute to their present goal of ONE MILLION actions taken.

What you do does make a difference!

  1. I think what we do is what defines us and our individual personality, however we can all do things for the collective good of everyone. These are great examples of ways you can not only make yourself better but also the world around you. Thanks again for the great read.
